efm poster The MEGY project culminated at the 2nd European Forum on Music "Transcending Boundaries – Building Bridges" in Istanbul, Turkey, April 22-24 2012. More information about this event can be found here.

The Forum included a youth-led session entitled Bridging generations in employment: how to get young feet on the music working ladder?

Taking into account various aspects of the music sector, this session aimed at discovering successful approaches for young people taking their first steps in the professional world. This session is was targetted at:
• young music professionals facing their first  career steps
• music organisations dealing with young people
• music organisations wanting to rejuvenate their staff
