Support for anniversary tour of the Palestine Youth Orchestra

The Palestine Youth Orchestra (PYO) was established in 2004 by the Edward Said National Conservatory of Music (ESNCM), with the vision of bringing together young Palestinian musicians from around the world in a high-quality orchestral ensemble.
The Orchestra will be inaugurating its second decade by touring France this summer. The tour will take place between the 17th and the 29th of August. 84 young musicians will gather in France for two weeks of music making and will present concerts in Paris, Lyon and Aix-en-Provence. If you are in France, you are invited to join them, listen to the Orchestra and welcome it to France. You can, of course, join for the concerts but also for selected rehearsals should you wish to.

Créé en 2004 par le Conservatoire National de Musique Edward Saïd (Palestine), l’Orchestre des Jeunes de Palestine (Palestine Youth Orchestra – PYO) a pour objectif de réunir des jeunes Palestiniens du monde entier au sein d’un ensemble orchestral de haut niveau.
L'Orchestre va inaugurer sa deuxième décennie avec une tournée en France. La tournée va avoir lieu cet été entre le 17 et le 29 août. Il s'agit d'une rencontre en France de 84 jeunes musiciens qui vont faire de la musique ensemble pendant deux semaines et présenter des concerts à Paris, Lyon et Aix-en-Provence. Vous êtes invités à vous joindre à eux pour écouter l'orchestre et pour lui souhaiter la bienvenue en France. Vous pouvez les rejoindre pour les concerts, bien entendu, ou au moment des répétitions si cela vous intéresse.
