IPEA – International Percussion Education Association – is an international organization founded in 2014 with the aim to promote and develop everything percussion. It is dedicated to reinforcing the collaboration between music academies and percussion education organizations, and was initiated by world famous percussionists and educators who now are its Co-Founders and Honorary Advisors. It has also invited famous percussionists and professors from China to represent its Executive Director. IPEA’s aim is to organize many percussion activities under these people’s leadership to promote, connect and integrate percussion to the international music scene.
